This solution also utilises high-speed fibre internet and automatic 4G failover, providing robust network reliability and peace of mind.

Our custom-built router is equipped with Fibre and 4G connections provided by different ISPs.
This dual-provider setup ensures that if one provider experiences an outage, the other can seamlessly take over, significantly enhancing network resilience and uptime.
To safeguard data transmission, our router uses IPSec VPN connections with the latest encryption algorithms.
This ensures that all data travelling between the client’s branch and our data centre remains secure and private, protecting sensitive information from potential cyber threats.
The system employs Virtual Tunnel Interfaces (VTIs) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) routing protocols to manage automatic failover.
If the primary Fibre VPN connection fails, the router automatically switches traffic flow to the 4G VPN connection within seconds, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous VPN connectivity.
We monitor the network links and routers using our monitoring solution built on Zabbix.
This enables us to proactively detect and address any unexpected issues, often before customers notice them. Our proactive monitoring helps identify and fix potential problems before they become outages.
To streamline financial processes for our clients, we manage and bill for all services. Clients receive a single, consolidated invoice, eliminating the need to handle multiple suppliers and simplifying their financial operations.
